He is the Chief Executive officer has got enough experience in leadership and project Management, regionally and globally.  He Master’s Degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from Boston University in USA and Degree in Public Administration from Makerere University in Uganda. He has experience in Public Relations, former Director General- Rwanda Youth Network and to date, he is the Board Chairman of the East African Community Youth Network as well as Secretary General, Pan African Movement-Rwanda
